Members of string ensemble "Čarobne žice" or "Magical Strings", are professional musicians that have performed together for more than 10 years.
Regular members of Magical Strings, Ivana and Jovana, are both members of big orchestras (Symphonic Orchestra RTS, Vojvodina and Subotica Philharmonic Orchestra, Royal Strings of St George). They have performed with some of the greatest names from the musical world like Monserat Caballie, Hose Careras, Kiri Te Kanawa, Slomo Mintz, Nigel Kennedy, Sreten Krstić, Irena Grafenauer, Stefan Milenković, Nemanja Radulović, recently "Magnifico", Placido Domingo and many others.
Members of Magical Strings performed with Goran Bregović and his "Orchestra for Weddings and funerals" with whom they also made a few recordings. They performed with the band "Legends", Aleksandar Sanja Ilić and "Balkanika", Miško Plavi... As well as solo cello recordings for popular TV show broadcasted on national TV station.
In broad repertoire of Magical Strings you can find music that you like. We play famous pieces of classical and film music, evergreen, pop, tango and waltz. We perform at wedding ceremonies, cocktail parties, birthday celebrations, corporate events, receptions, dinner parties or any other functions, and at AZZARO CLUB.
